This policy explains what information NØRTHEN ("we," "us") collects when you visit our site or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
- Device and usage data. Like most sites, we may collect basic information such as your browser, device type, the pages you view and how you found us, using cookies and similar technologies. If we run ads, we may use tracking pixels from advertising platforms such as Meta or TikTok to measure how our ads perform.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order, and send you order updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To understand how people use our site and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our store:
- Suppliers and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and order details so they can pack and deliver your order.
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Service providers that help us run the site, send email or understand site traffic.
- Advertising platforms, through cookies and pixels, to measure and improve our ads.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax and legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
